Dundee Direct is our annual direct-giving fundraiser that runs through the month of September. Instead of asking our kids to sell popcorn or giftwrap, we ask our families, friends, and businesses to give what they are able to give. This direct-donation fundraiser makes it easy and effective to get money directly to where it is needed most.

The PTO uses the money raised to make sure our school stay amazing for all of our children. In the past, money raised funded the purchase of computers for the classrooms, a sound system for the gym, books for the library, improvements to the school grounds, and student and family events. The money raised also went directly to grants for the teachers, who bought things like educational games, classroom supplies, and innovative new teaching material used daily by the students.

This year, funds are being raised for teacher grants for programs and supplies, classroom activities, improvements to the school grounds, enrichment clubs, resources for the library, and family events.

Every child and teacher at Dundee Elementary directly benefits from the money raised by Dundee Direct.

This fund is administered by the Omaha Public Schools Foundation. A donation can be made in two ways:

We Are Jackson! Believe! Achieve! Succeed!

Jackson Elementary School LogoJackson Elementary is located at 620 South 31st Street in Omaha. Our school is made up of a diverse population of 235 learners from prekindergarten through sixth grade. We are small but mighty! We are also uniquely positioned to serve as the only fully Dual Language School in all of Nebraska beginning in 2018. The Dual Language Program provides students with daily instruction in both English and Spanish. Our excellent and committed staff strives to meet the needs of all learners by providing rigorous and differentiated instruction. With the support of Special Education Services, English as a Second Language, and Paraprofessionals, we empower our students to put forth their best effort so they can meet their academic, social, and personal goals.The majority of our students, 90%, qualify for free or reduced lunch.

Despite the academic challenges often linked with known economic barriers, our students learn all subjects in two languages, which is no small task at any age or income level. In short, they rock! Go, Jaguars, go!

Jackson PTO seeks to provide financial support to the students and staff at Jackson Elementary throughout the school year and in the foreseeable future. Your support is invaluable to us and thoroughly appreciated by all of the Jackson Elementary community.

The Woolf Pack Fund

Did you know that ONE IN FIVE CHILDREN in Nebraska and western Iowa under the age of 18 IS AT RISK FOR HUNGER?
(Food Bank of the Heartland)

The Woolf Pack Fund, named for its founder, has made its mission to provide supplemental food to the youth in need in our community. Our vision is to help eliminate hunger and close the meal gap.

The Woolf Pack Fund provides support to students at three Omaha Public Schools: Western Hills Elementary, Benson West Elementary and Walnut Hill Elementary. Based off of 2021 data, 78% (261 students), 85% (381 students) and 93% (372 students) of children enrolled, respectively, qualify for free and reduced lunch. The need for supplemental food has greatly increased due to COVID.

“Like many North Omaha families, Benson West families were intensely hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. Many families were forced out of work and unable to provide for their children,” said Megan Seeley, the school social worker. “With the help from the backpack program, this will alleviate some stressors and help to bridge the gap between meals for our students and families.”

The program runs from September through May and is geared to target young children with limited parental supervision at home. Bags will be packed weekly by volunteers and taken to the schools for the teachers to place into the student’s backpacks on Friday. The bags will contain 2 shelf stable milks, a fruit cup, a juice box, 2 cereals and 2 entrees.

The Woolf Pack Fund received grants from The Omaha Community Foundation, HDR and The City of Omaha totaling just under $15,000! At the end of the 2021-2022 school year, the Woolf Pack Fund will have packed and delivered 2,135 food bags.


We are currently seeking donations to help fund the 2022-2023 school year. The cost of food and bags to provide supplemental food to 1 student for the entire school year is $235.00.

Hello Lewis & Clark Middle School Families,

Every fall, the Lewis & Clark PTO holds our Annual Direct Giving Campaign, Bucks for Blazers.This year, the Bucks for Blazers campaign is focused on providing teachers with funds for unique, out-of-the classroom experiences for students. We want all students at Lewis & Clark to be part of the incredible learning opportunities available throughout our city. Funds raised will allow teachers to offer unique whole-group, grade-wide experiences that foster students’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

ALL money raised during this campaign will directly support our Lewis & Clark Middle School students and teachers!

ANY donation amount is appreciated – $10, $20, $25 – it all adds up! AND your donation is 100% Tax Deductible.

Additionally, funds raised will help support:

  • Teacher Grants – teachers with unique, innovative ideas for their classroom/students and not funded by the school budget, can apply for funding from PTO
